We take the upmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page or giving us a call right away.
We do not accept returns on any made-to-order items. We will accept returns for damaged items received. Contact our team for more inquiries.
If you have pre-ordered an item, the approximate time of release will be stated in the product description. If we are expecting the pre-order item soon, we will delay your delivery and send your item out in one package. If your pre-order time is longer, we will send your items separately.
The timeframe: The supply took place within a period of 70 to 120 working days, not including the official holidays and holiday periods of the countries exporting the agreed product.
All imported goods are subject to a 5-year factory guarantee, under terms and conditions.

After purchase, a confirmation email will be sent along with details of your order along with a tracking number & link to view the progress of your order at anytime. In addition our team will notify you once your order is in route and on its way.
